How we work

How a project runs.

The same four steps every time, sized to the problem.

Four steps

From the first conversation to handover.

  1. Talk

A conversation about what’s breaking and what it costs you. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so and point you somewhere better if we can.

  2. Map

We look at how the work moves today (the tools, spreadsheets, and workarounds), then put a plan in writing: what we’d change, what it costs, and what’s out of scope.

  3. Build

We build in small working pieces you can use early, with regular check-ins, so you always know what’s done and what’s been spent.

  4. Hand over

Documentation, training, and access set up so your team can run it without us. Ongoing support is there if you want it, never required.

What you can count on

  • You talk to the people doing the work. No hand-offs to a team you’ve never met.
  • Scope and price in writing. Agreed before any work starts.
  • Your data stays yours. Least access, careful handling, nothing shared without your say.
  • A person checks the AI. Nothing it produces reaches a customer or a decision unreviewed.
  • Tested before it ships. And documented when it does.
  • Straight answers. If something isn’t worth building, we’ll tell you.

Who we work with

Owner-led businesses of almost any kind, from distributors and trades to manufacturers and service firms.

The work
If work is piling up between people, tools and spreadsheets, we can probably help. Not sure? Ask, and we’ll tell you honestly.
Where
Across North America. Most work happens remotely, and we’re glad to meet on site when it helps.
How we start
A conversation, then a written scope and price before any work begins.

Let’s make it easier.

Tell us what’s slowing the work down. Oslo, our intake desk, reads every message, and a person on our team will reply.
