Who we are
Oslosis is an operations and software company working with businesses in Canada and the United States. You can reach us about anything on this page through our contact form.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive:
- What you type: your name, email address, company (if you add one), the topic you pick, and your message.
- A little technical data: a one-way, salted hash of your IP address (not the address itself) and the country our hosting provider reports for your connection. We use these only to limit abuse of the form.
If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in your email.
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.
How we use it
- To read your message and reply to you.
- To keep a record of our conversation.
- To protect the form from spam and abuse.
We don’t sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
Who helps us run this
- Cloudflare hosts this site, stores contact-form submissions, routes our email, and runs Turnstile, the check that confirms a visitor is human. Turnstile processes technical signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics for that check.
- Google provides the inbox where our email, including contact-form messages, is delivered.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries where they operate, under their own privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
Contact-form records are deleted from our website database automatically after 24 months. Copies in our email inbox are kept as part of normal business correspondence and deleted when they’re no longer needed. If we end up working together, we keep what we need for our business records.
If we write to you first
If we contact you about our services, we’ll tell you how we found your address, and you can ask us to stop at any time. We’ll honor that request promptly and won’t write again.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you’ve sent us. Send a request through our contact form and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Security
This site is served only over HTTPS. Access to contact-form records is limited to the people at Oslosis who need it to reply. We keep only what we need, for as long as we need it.
Changes
If our practices change, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
